This is where we'll collect some fun details about you so we can help you celebrate some special dates, and so we can meal-plan accordingly for our retreats!

Here, we'll ask you some questions about your vision as a starting point for our onboarding process. This helps us to understand where you're going and what you want to accomplish.

By marking where indicated below, you agree that this is a contract between Marketing Your Science, LLC, (the “Company” or “we/us”) and you as a SciFoundry Leadership Program (the “Program”) participant and that this contract applies to your participation in the Program. By indicating below, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version.

You agree that as a participant in the Program, you are responsible for obtaining the full payment for your entire 12-month duration in the Program. Regardless of whether you have selected the lump sum or monthly payment plan, or whether you've obtained institutional funds or plan to pay for the program personally, the Participant agrees to be proactive and communicative in arranging payment in a timely manner. Due to the nature of this work, no refunds will be issued and all monthly payments must be paid on a timely basis.

We are committed to providing all Program participants with a positive Program experience. By indicating below, you agree to Company policies that address what happens if you become disruptive or combative, if you fail to follow the Program guidelines, or if you impair the participation of Program instructors or participants in the Program. After initial discussion, and a warning, if the problem is not corrected, the Company may limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of the remaining monthly payments.  

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. By indicating below, you agree not to violate the public or privacy rights of any Program participant. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans, and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company. By indicating below, you agree: (1) not to infringe on any Program participant’s or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right; (2) that any confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company; (3) not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions.

By indicating below, you further agree that: (1) all materials and information provided to you by the Company may only be used by you as authorized by the Company; and (2) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited. Further, by indicating below, you agree that, if you violate or display any likelihood of violating any of your agreements contained in this document, the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

We have made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential. Any testimonials and examples used are not intended to guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including their background, dedication, desire, and motivation. By indicating below, you acknowledge that as with any work or business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money as a result of your participation in the Program. By indicating below, you also acknowledge that you have represented to the Company that payment of your Program membership fees will not place a significant burden on you or your family.
