The Types of Information We Collect
Personal Information: "Personal Information" includes any information regarding a natural person that may be used directly to identify the person. Personal Information we collect may include: name, email address, and user-generated content including coaching session transcripts, homework submissions, and project documents.
Usage Data: We reserve the right to collect information based on your usage of this site, which may include: IP addresses or domain names, country of origin, browser and operating system details, time details per visit, and page sequence data ("Usage Data"). Usage Data is essentially anonymous when collected; however, it could be used indirectly to identify a person.
How and When We Collect Information
Personal Information: We collect Personal Information at the time you provide it through account registration for this platform.
User-Generated Content: We collect and store content you submit through the workspace, including coaching session transcripts uploaded by your coaching team, homework submissions, project documents, and mindmaps. This content is stored on our servers hosted on Railway.app infrastructure and is used solely to provide the AI-assisted coaching services for which you enrolled.
Your Communications with Us: We collect Personal Information you provide when communicating with us directly via email or support channels.
Usage Data: As you navigate this site, Usage Data may be passively collected using analytics and reporting technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your Personal Information only for the performance of the services for which it was given — specifically, to provide you access to your AI coaching workspace and to support your coaching team in delivering the Grant Foundry Accelerator program. We do not use your Personal Information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your active program engagement.
We reserve the right to make full use of Usage Data for improving site performance, troubleshooting, and internal reporting.
AI Processing and Third-Party Data Handling
This platform uses Claude, an AI service provided by Anthropic, PBC, accessed via API to power workspace functionality. Content you submit through this site may be transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. You should be aware of the following:
Anthropic API Data Policy: Per Anthropic's API data policy, content transmitted via API is automatically deleted from Anthropic's systems within 7 days and is never used to train AI models. Anthropic's API terms explicitly exclude API usage from their consumer data practices, which are governed by a separate policy applicable only to Claude Free, Pro, and Max consumer accounts.
Data Storage: Your workspace content (transcripts, homework, project documents) is stored on our servers hosted on Railway.app infrastructure in the United States. This content persists on our servers to enable the AI workspace functionality and is accessible to your assigned coaching team members and authorized administrative staff.
No AI Training Use: Neither MYS nor Anthropic uses your workspace content to train models.
Data Retention
We retain client workspace data, including coaching session transcripts and project documents, for a period of approximately 90 days following the conclusion of a client's program engagement, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers. Clients who wish to retain access beyond this period should export relevant content before offboarding. Clients may request earlier deletion of their data by contacting us at the address below.
Account credentials and basic registration data (name, email) may be retained for a reasonable period after program conclusion for administrative and legal compliance purposes.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
General Disclosure Policy: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information to third parties. We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information only as described below.
Coaching Team and Administrative Staff: Authorized coaches and administrative team members of MYS have access to your workspace content for the purposes of delivering coaching services and administering the platform. All team members operate under confidentiality obligations.
Service Providers: We reserve the right to provide access to your Personal Information and Usage Data to trusted service providers that assist with the operation and maintenance of this site, including server hosting (Railway.app) and AI processing (Anthropic, PBC via API). Our service providers are given access only as reasonably necessary to provide their contracted services.
Successors: If we sell or otherwise transfer part or all of our business or assets to another organization, we may transfer your Personal Information and Usage Data, subject to the buyer agreeing to the commitments in this Privacy Policy.
Legal Process, Enforcement and Security: We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; (ii) detect, prevent, and address fraud or other illegal activity; or (iii) investigate, respond to, or enforce violations of our rights or the security of this site.
